Established in 2005, Financial Visibility is a firm of Chartered Accountants, Tax Consultants & Business Advisors based in Harrow in North West London. We service clients by seeking to understand their personal, business and family financial objectives. Sanjay Magecha

Director

Sanjay founded Financial Visibility in 2005, he has over 25 years of experience of helping clients with their accounting, tax and business needs. Over the period he worked for Deloitte, within their entrepreneurial mid-market sector servicing a variety of diverse national and international clients. Sanjay was also Finance Director for a healthcare private equity business for over 10 years involved in build and buy projects, numerous acquisitions, commercial ventures, JV projects and related commercial activities. Sanjay set up Financial Visibility to build a practice that can assist a specific set of entrepreneurial minded clients with support and assistance to achieve their financial objectives and to work with like-minded clients. Sanjay is married with two children and tries to keep fit by playing squash – and admits his game needs improving!

Florise Lai Cheong

Consultant

Florise had been a partner in Nicholson & Co for over 25 years until 2018. During this time she has looked after a varied portfolio of SME clients responsible for audits, accounting and tax matters. She has a particular expertise in retail clients and franchisees. She has joined Financial Visibility as an independent consultant in 2019 and continues to manage a wide range of clients needs with attention to care and detail. Florise is married with one daughter. Manager

Harsha has worked for a range of organisations including with Sanjay and Claudio as the financial controller for a healthcare private equity business for over 10 years. Claudio has worked for a range of organisations including with Sanjay and Harsha as the IT and accounts manager for a healthcare private equity business for over 10 years. He has a passion for IT and all things data driven, with technical experience in managing and organising data, IT systems and in combining Information Systems and database knowledge with financial and accounting systems. Over the years he has created various bespoke data and financial models for SME clients to integrate reporting from a variety of client’s databases, financial and non financial to enable better visibility in an intelligent and efficient way designed to help clients focus on what they need to monitor and manage.
